Sri Uddaraju Ramalinga Raju, Tanneru Bullayya, Marena Narasayya, Bikkina Venkata Ratnam were some of his contemporaries.

EDUCATION:

Educated at Tadepalligudem and Vungutur High Schools, C.R.Reddy College, Eluru, W.G.B. College (present D.N.R.College) Bhimavaram, Regional Engineering College (present NIT), Warangal and College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad and obtained B.E.(Mech.) Degree in the year 1967. He was a competent and leading sportsperson at school and college levels.

CAREER:

·         Sri Narasimha Rao is a product of the prestigious Regional Engineering College (present NIT), Warangal. “Self Reliance” has been his motto.

·         He started Srinivasa Agro Industries Corporation at Vijayawada in 1969 under Self- Employed Engineering Scheme.

·         Later he became a Contractor. Careful planning to the minute details and meticulous execution of the plans are his forte. Since then, he has been a successful contractor and had many a project on National & State Highways, Public Health Engineering & Irrigation Departments to his credit. Timely completion of the projects, quality of works executed, maintenance of moral and professional standards of the highest order earned him laurels in the Department.

DAIRY FARMER:

The striking difference of Sri Prakash Educational Institutions from others is it’s setting in the lap of Mother Nature with a beautiful green cover. The hostellers enjoy freshness in the form of rich and creamy milk out of Sri Prakash Dairy with 350 well-bred cows and buffaloes. It has its own vegetable farm cultivated with natural organic manures like Digested Bio–gas Slurry and vermin compost which is manufactured in the campus itself. It has its own mineral water plant for safe drinking water for all students round the clock. Sri Prakash started a Bio gas plant with 510 cum capacity meeting 80% cooking gas requirement, for its 1200 Hostel students and producing 200 Units of Electrical Power per day, This is the biggest Bio-gas generating plant (Dung based) in Andhra Pradesh which is drawing visitors from all over India.

Established as a Laboratory to the Dairy Farmers which consists of 1. Dairy Farm, 2. Feed Mixing Plant, 3. Bio-gas Unit (510 Cum/day), 4. Power Generation with Bio-gas, 5. Vermi Compost Farm, 6. Azolla Farm 7. Organinc Vegetable Farm, 8. Bio-gas cooking 9. Milk Processing Unit

FARMERS TRAINING PROGRAMME:

Conducted 90 day’s Training Programme in Dairy Farming with a determination to promote trainees as Dairy Farmers, by spending an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- without any aid from the Government. Majority of the trainees are settled as Dairy Farmers. SBH sanctioned Bank loans to the tune of 5,00,000 lakhs each. Mr. Narasimha Rao Stand as the guarantor for the loans to a tune of 3 crores (60 Trained Farmers)

INTERNSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMME:

Provided Internship Training Programme for the students of Veterinary College, Tirupati in two batches—

  • ·         I Batch of 7 students: 24-3-09 to 11-4- 09
  • ·         II Batch of 10 students: 30-6-09 to 19-7-09

·         During their stay, Sri Prakash Educational Society provided free lodging and boarding facilities to the trainees.

TRAINING PROGRAMME TO GOPALA MITRA’S

·         Provided one day training for the trainee Gopala Mitra’s of Visakhapatnam District in two batches of approximately 80 members. Free breakfast and lunch were provided during their training programme

FARMERS’ EXPOSURE VISITS

·         Farmers from various states like Orissa, Chattisgarh, Karnataka and Farmers from various districts like Sri Kakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Kurnool, Karimnagar, Chittor Districts etc visited our Integrated Dairy Fam under ATMA assisted programmes, NABARD and WOMEN Empowerment Programmes, APCBTMP, RKVY and Chief Ministers Package and Farmers Exposure visits, conducted by Regional AH Training Center,

Horticulture Departmaent, Animal Husbandry Department and Agriculture Department. During these visits, Sri Prakahs Educational Society provided lunch, breakfast/tea with snacks free of cost to the visitors.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

(3) 07 dt 26-4-2007 of the Special Secretary to Govt of AP; AH DD & F Dep.) shows our interest in Embryo Transfer Technology Programme.

  • ·         To start mobile veterinary hospitals and to serve the Dairy Farmers in remote villages.
